“讓愛傳出去”迎新茶會感想篇(一)

第一次承擔起茶會的統籌，開始時，心里只有擔心和緊張。從建議舉行茶會到茶會的那一天，時間也只有區區的大約兩個星期。老實說，只有兩個星期，要怎么樣把茶會給辦好呢？再說，我本身沒有辦茶會的經驗，根本就不知道什么是迎新茶會，也不知道迎新茶會應該要有什么元素在里頭。腦海里只充滿了很多很多的問號。

在沒有頭緒的情況下，我拿了以往茶會的流程來參考。自己也挺傻的，竟拿了不是迎新茶會的流程來參考。結果，第一份流程才出爐就知道一定是個很糟糕的流程了。好在老師過后把以往的迎新茶會報告一份接一份的傳發給我看后，我這才一目了然知道什么是迎新茶會。結果，第一份流程里多過七成的部份都被改掉了。

流程決定后，就是分配工作剛位的時候了。很高興看到伙伴們都很樂于接受被分配到的剛位，而且也很積极的參与手語和戲劇呈現。看到伙伴們的積极与用心，真的讓我很感動。從決定了流程，一直到迎新茶會，其實只有少過五天的時間，而且在這五天里面，伙伴們還有訪視活動，也有自己的課業要忙，所以我和老師都真的很擔心伙伴們會做得很累、很辛苦。

我想，每一位伙伴都很用心的為這次的茶會吧！茶會前三天，我們大家都一起聚集學習手語。看到大家在“每年的今天”音樂響起時就能把手語給一一的呈現出來，雖然動作會有那么一點點的笨拙，但是我心里所得到的安慰，高興和感動是非筆墨可形容的。過后在學習“讓愛傳出去”時，大家再次很快的把手語學好，而且也把排位給練好。在很短的時間內，大家也把戲劇給排練了一次，而且劇情都是大家很快brain-storming 出來的。那晚的我，如果大家有發現其實我真的特別開心，過后我還不斷在老師和文輝面前稱讚大家。

茶會的前一天，我們進行了一次彩排。在彩排的過成，大家都很投入在各自的剛位里，就連敬業、建興和淑云都很用心的在幫助大家。正當大家都為了想出一個更好的團康游戲而煩惱時，福田能很及時的想出那“雞蛋”游戲真的讓大家都鬆了一口气，而且大家還真玩得很開心。大家也不斷的練習“慈青會歌”、“每年的今天”和“讓愛傳出去”手語。听老師說，這是她第一次看到有那么多位慈青一起比“慈青會歌”手語。

茶會當天，伙伴們都很准時抵達場地，然后就一直在忙准備和練習手語。看到第一次當司義的筱晴特別緊張，大家都為她加油打气，讓她不再感到那么的緊張。在整個茶會，我發現伙伴們都很用心的把自己的剛位給做好，音控与燈光的、司義、戲劇組、團康、手語等都真的很用心很積极的做。雖然這茶會里有很多做不足的地方，可是大家的用心和大家的努力，我想參与這次茶會的每一位，不管是我們還是參与的新同學、學長學姐和師姑師伯，都能深深的体會到。

我想這次的迎新茶會，我們做得最成功的就是把我們都凝聚在一起，大家互相關怀、互相幫助。茶會的結果如何并不是最重要的，重要的是大家在這個籌備的過程所學習到的和所經歷的每一個感動。

Spreading Love welcoming gathering

As you all know, we had our welcoming gathering, with the theme "Spreading Love" last Wednesday. While waiting for JJ to write up the post, let's have a look at some photos taken during rehearsal...

The night started with ice-breaking games after a lovely dinner prepared by our shi gu shi bo.

You must have thought that those did not complete the game successfully would be punished... but what a shock!? These roosters were punished instead, haha...

After the games, there were video screenings on Tzu Chi international relief in China and Myanmar, and global warming. It's because of our actions that endanger the Earth, that there are so much natural disasters...

Then, the participants were introduced to our monthly recycling activity, and were cordially invited to be part of our team. There was also an introduction to our other activities via plays.

The theme song "Spreading Love" then echoed through the air, accompanied by the sign language performance by the Tzu Chi Collegians. Everyone was called upon to spread their love...
